FAQ

Your arrival/departure at the campsite-village

Arrivals are between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. On arrival, please go directly to the Homair Vacances reception desk. Departures are after inventory from 8 am to 10 am. 

• A deposit will be required on arrival at the campsite. It is payable in euros before you are given the keys to your accommodation and will be returned to you at the end of your stay if the cleaning has been done properly and the mobile home returned in perfect condition, inventory checked.
• Tourist tax is levied at almost all tourist sites. You will therefore have to pay it on arrival. This tax must be paid directly to our Homair Vacances correspondent or at the campsite reception.
• Only one car is allowed on all our campsites. One pitch is provided per accommodation on the campsite (not necessarily on your pitch itself). Please note that, for safety reasons, motorbikes are not allowed to park near the mobile home. Parking is available at the entrance, near Reception. 
•  Magnetic card: A deposit is required to open and close the barrier using a magnetic card. It is payable on arrival, in euros, and must be returned on departure.

Your stay on site

• Dogs: Don't forget your dog's vaccination certificate and tag with your address. Dogs must be kept on a lead. Dogs are not allowed in the playground, swimming pool, toilets, restaurant or supermarket.
• PRM access: adapted sanitary facilities (toilet and shower)
• Even if you can cross the borders of neighbouring countries without papers, checks may be carried out. All travellers must therefore carry a valid identity card or passport to prove their identity. Driving licences are not accepted as proof of identity.
• Electric barbecue only
