Your holiday is only a few days away, and with it the problem of how to cram everything into your suitcases, and the things that you can't afford to forget. No need to load yourself down when you holiday with Homair! We've thought of everything to make organising your holiday easy and to ensure you have all the comforts of home. Pack your cases with just the things you really like, your favourite dress, your new flowery Bermuda shorts, or the kids' inflatable boat.
Here, you'll find all the documents that you shouldn't forget, time-saving tips, Homair services, so you can travel with a weight off your mind and off your car, and the inventory of our accommodation.

Before each stay, our Homair advisers put the finishing touches to your accommodation, maintain the sites and ensure all shared facilities are up to standard.
You can be sure that we follow local authority guidelines so that you are welcomed in an irreproachably healthy environment. Please take a look at our page setting out our le Covid Prevention Plan.
Good to know: All our facilities and all our campsites can be accessed without a Covid pass this summer!
Save time and avoid the queues by checking in online before the start of your holiday.
It's quick and easy! Go to your customer space and enter the information required. You can also subscribe to extra services (Wi-Fi, hire of sheets or baby kits, etc.) and pay your tourist tax, where necessary.
Your key will be ready and your reception process even faster!

● Arrival: between 4 pm and 7 pm
When you arrive, please go directly to the Homair reception area with your exchange voucher.
If you arrive after 7 pm (only if you are unavoidably delayed), please notify the Homair advisers. Their phone number is shown on the exchange voucher.
Please note: different times may be implemented by the campsite. Please check the "Practical Information" section for the campsite in question.
● Departure: between 8 am and 10 am
Top tip! Some campsites allow you to stay in your mobile home until 7 pm on the Sunday of your departure. See the Promotional Offers page for more information.
Don't forget to present your exchange voucher (which is sent to you by post or email, once you have paid for your holiday in full) when you arrive at the campsite.
And if you are going abroad, valid identity cards or passports are compulsory for all members of the family!
Most of our campsites offer the hire of Baby Kits* including: a high chair, a bath and a cot.
You can add this option at the time of booking or when checking in online, or by telephone on: 0844 369 00 03 (cost of a local call, depending on the operator).
* Subject to availability, guide price: €4.50 per day. Prices may vary from one campsite to another.
Don't forget your household linen, it is not provided (sheets, bath and beach towels, tea towels and bath mats) apart from accommodation offering the Exclusive Pack.
To make your life easier and avoid being loaded down, hire fabric sheets when you book:
● €17* for a 1-person kit (sheets for 1 single bed + bath towel + 1 bath mat)
● €30* for a 2-person kit (sheets for 1 double bed + bath towels for 2 people + 1 bath mat)
● €62* for a 4-person kit (sheets for 1 double bed + 2 single beds + bath towels for 4 people + 1 bath mat)
● €92* for a 6-person kit (sheets for 1 double bed + 4 single beds (or 2 single beds and 1 double sofa bed) + 1 bath mat)
Please note: this service is only offered at some campsites, when booking or before your holiday only. Different rates will be applied on-site.
You can buy disposable sheets on-site at some campsites: €8.50* for a single bed kit and €13.50* for a double bed.

Don't load yourself down unnecessarily! You'll find all the equipment you need for cooking, cleaning and for your convenience.
