FAQ

Your arrival/departure at the camping village

Arrivals are between 4 pm and 7 pm. On arrival, please go directly to the Homair Vacances reception.
Departures are after inventory from 8 am to 10 am.

• A security deposit will be requested upon arrival at the campsite. It is payable in euros, before the keys to your accommodation are handed over, and will be returned to you at the end of your stay if the cleaning has been done properly and the mobile home has been returned in perfect condition, with the inventory checked.
• The tourist tax is levied at almost all tourist sites. You will therefore need to pay it on arrival. This tax will be payable directly to our Homair Vacances representative or at the campsite reception. At Fabulous, the tax is payable for guests aged 10 years and over for a maximum of 5 nights.
• On all of our campsites, only one car is permitted. There is one pitch per accommodation on the campsite (not necessarily on your pitch itself).
• To make your arrival easier and to respect contactless check-in, you will need to pre-register online. You will receive the link directly on your voucher. Your Homair reference will be used to identify you.
   

Your stay on site

• Dog: Don't forget its vaccination certificate and its tag with your address. Dogs must be kept on a lead. Category 1 and 2 dogs are not accepted on our campsites.
• Barbecue: gas only
