Arrivals are between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. On arrival, please go directly to the Homair Vacances reception desk. Departures are after inventory from 8 am to 10 am.
- A deposit will be required on arrival at the campsite. It is payable in euros before you are given the keys to your accommodation and will be returned to you at the end of your stay if the cleaning has been done properly and the mobile home returned in perfect condition, inventory checked.
- Tourist tax is levied at almost all tourist sites. You will therefore need to pay it on arrival. This tax must be paid directly to our Homair Vacances correspondent.
- Magnetic card: A deposit is required to open and close the barrier using a magnetic card. It is payable on arrival, in euros, and must be returned on departure.
- Only one car is allowed on any of our campsites. One pitch is provided per accommodation on the campsite (not necessarily on your pitch itself).
- In order to facilitate your arrival and to respect a contactless reception, you will have to pre-register on line, you will receive the link directly on your voucher. Your Homair reference will be used to identify you.

- Dogs: Don't forget your dog's vaccination certificate and tag with your address. Dogs must be kept on a lead. A supplement will be charged.
- Although you will be able to cross the borders of most countries without having to show your identity papers, you may be subject to controls (police checks in the country, for example). You must therefore ensure that everyone on your trip has a valid national identity card (CNI) or passport, so that you can prove your identity. Driving licences are not accepted as proof of identity.
