FAQ

Your arrival/departure at the campsite-village

Arrivals are between 4 pm and 7 pm. On arrival, please go to the campsite reception for the 1st formalities. Departures are after inventory inspection from 8 am to 10 am.

  • A security deposit is payable in euros before arrival at the campsite. It will be returned to you at the end of your stay if the mobile home has been cleaned properly and returned in perfect condition, and the inventory has been checked.
  • Local and/or ecological taxes are not included in the price of your stay. These taxes are applicable in almost all tourist destinations and must be paid when you check in online or when you check in on arrival.
  • Cars : One car is allowed on all our campsites (with the exception of our car-free campsites).

Your stay on site

  • Dogs: Don't forget your dog's vaccination certificate and tag with your address. Dogs must be kept on a lead. 1st and 2nd category dogs are not allowed on our campsites.
