FAQ

Your arrival/departure at the campsite-village

Arrivals are between 4pm and 7pm. On arrival, please go directly to reception. Departures are after inventory between 8.00 and 10.00.

Our teams do their best to provide you with the keys to your accommodation as early as possible, from 4pm. However, depending on the number of arrivals and departures, your keys may be handed over between 4pm and 7pm. Thank you for your understanding.

• A deposit will be required on arrival at the campsite. It is payable in euros before you are given the keys to your accommodation and will be returned to you at the end of your stay if the cleaning has been carried out correctly and the mobile home returned in perfect condition, with the inventory checked.
• Tourist tax is payable at almost all tourist sites. You will need to pay this when you book online.
• Only one car is allowed on any of our campsites. One pitch is provided per accommodation on the campsite (not necessarily on your pitch itself).
• Dogs are allowed on the campsite.
