FAQ

Your arrival/departure at the campsite-village

Arrivals are between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. On arrival, please go directly to the Homair Vacances reception desk. Departures are after inventory from 8 am to 10 am.

A deposit will be required on arrival at the campsite. It is payable in euros before you are given the keys to your accommodation and will be returned to you at the end of your stay if the cleaning has been done properly and the mobile home returned in perfect condition, inventory checked.

• Tourist tax is levied at almost all tourist sites. You will therefore need to pay it when you book online.
• Only one car is allowed on any of our campsites. There is one pitch per accommodation on the campsite (not necessarily on your pitch itself).
• All persons (including visitors) must be declared on the voucher to be handed in on arrival. If your voucher is incomplete or if changes are required for all or part of your stay, please contact our reservations centre on 04 84 39 08 60 (price of a local call depending on your operator) to update your voucher.
• Telephony: situated in a white zone, only Orange has a relay antenna on our site.
• Local and/or ecological taxes are not included in the price of your stay. These taxes are payable in almost all tourist destinations, and you will be asked to pay them when you check in on arrival.

Please note In order to prepare your access and as part of the security policy implemented by the campsite, we would be grateful if you could provide your registration number when you book. An optical number plate reader is installed at the entrance to the site and if you do not provide this information before your arrival, you will be refused access to the campsite.

Your stay on site

• Dogs: Don't forget your dog's vaccination certificate and tag with your address. Dogs must be kept on a lead.
