FAQ
Your arrival/departure from the campsite-village
Follow the signs: ‘Club Del Sole’. Arrivals are between 4 pm and 7 pm. On arrival, please go directly to the Al Fresco reception, our partner on this campsite. Departures are after inventory from 8 am to 10 am.
Please have your voucher with you, showing the details of the campsite and the itinerary. Don't forget to pay your tourist tax, deposit your security deposit and make an inventory using the form provided by our reception staff. We remind you that the capacity of the rented accommodation must be respected, otherwise it will not be accepted.
- A security deposit : will be requested on arrival at the campsite. It is payable on arrival, in euros, before you are given the keys to your accommodation. It will be returned to you at the end of your stay if the cleaning has been done correctly and the mobile home returned in perfect condition, inventory checked.
- Local and/or ecological taxes are not included in the price of your stay. These taxes are applicable in almost all tourist destinations and must be paid when you check in online or when you check in on arrival.
- Only one car is allowed on all our campsites. One pitch is provided per accommodation within the campsite grounds (not necessarily on your pitch itself). Please note that, for safety reasons, motorbikes are not allowed to park near the mobile home on this campsite-village. A car park is provided for this purpose at the entrance, near Reception.
- Although you can cross the borders of France's neighbouring countries without showing your papers, checks may be carried out (e.g. police checks). All travellers must therefore carry a valid identity card or passport. Driving licences are not accepted as proof of identity.
