Pineda de Mar is a beautiful family resort town right in the heart of Costa Brava, about 60 km from Barcelona and 50 km from Girona.

This charming town on the edge of the sea has the longest beach in Maresme. It was awarded the Family Tourism Destination label owing to its large selection of family leisure activities, in addition to its significant natural and cultural heritage.

Spain is also full of remarkable sites to visit.

To get to Barcelona, the train will take you there. Fare: 11 euros per person return and free for children under 4 (tickets on sale at the station):

Parc Güell: 10 euros/adult, 7 euros/children from 7 to 12 years old and over 65 years old
Sagrada Familia: 26 euros / adult with audioguide, free for children under 11
Camp Nou: 28 euros/adult, 21 euros for 4 to 10 year olds and over 70s
Aquarium: 24 euros / adult, 17 euros from 5 to 10 years, 10 euros from 3 to 4 years
