FAQ

Your arrival/departure at the campsite-village

Arrivals are between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. On arrival, please go directly to the Homair Vacances reception desk.

Departures are after inventory from 8 am to 10 am. No arrivals or departures on Tuesdays.

• A deposit will be required on arrival at the campsite. It is payable in euros before you are given the keys to your accommodation and will be returned to you at the end of your stay if the cleaning has been done properly and the mobile home returned in perfect condition, inventory checked.
• Tourist tax is levied at almost all tourist sites. You will therefore have to pay it on site, in cash.
• Only one car is allowed on any of our campsites. One parking space is provided per accommodation on the campsite (not necessarily on your pitch itself).
• Additional car: a daily supplement will be charged for each additional car at the campsite reception. Payment must be made in cash.
   

Your stay on site

• Dogs not allowed
• Although you will be able to cross the borders of most of France's neighbouring countries without having to show your identity papers, you may be subject to controls (police checks in the country, for example). It is therefore essential that everyone on your trip has a valid national identity card (CNI) or passport.
