We have selected for you the various modes of transport available to take you to your holiday destination. So now you can prepare for your holiday with total calm.

FAQ

Your booking: 
Booking fees: €10 including tax and VAT or €25 including tax and VAT depending on the payment method. The booking fees are payable per nominative booking and one per season.

Trip modification: any modification to the booking (pending payment or already paid) must be made by letter, email or fax. In the event of acceptance by Homair Vacances, any modification shall be invoiced as mentioned in the Rental General Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation: any cancellation of a booking (pending payment or already paid) must be done so by letter, email or fax (attach thereafter an original copy of your booking in case you opted for the cancellation insurance).

Number of people: the number of people indicated is the maximum number of people, including a baby or children under three years old. No additional persons shall be admitted, even at an extra fee. The booking forms must include the names and ages of the participants.

Your arrival in the camping-village: 
Don’t forget your household linen (sheets, towels, tea towels etc.), as this is not provided.

Arrivals/Departures & Minimum stay:

Arrivals from 4pm until 7pm. Upon arrival, please go directly to the Eurocamp reception.
Departures after inventory from 8am to 10am. Warning: no arrivals or departures on Tuesdays.
Please bring your voucher on which the campsite’s details and itinerary are mentioned. Remember to pay your tourist taxes, leave your security deposits and carry out an inventory using the sheet provided by our reception staff. We would like to remind you that the accommodation capacity must be respected at the risk of being refused.

Rental security deposit: It is due on arrival, payable in Euros, before the keys to your accommodation are handed to you. It will be refunded at the end of your stay if the cleaning has been done properly and if the mobile home is returned in perfect condition, with the inventory checked.

Tourist tax: payable in almost all tourist sites. You will be required to pay on arrival. This tax should be paid, where appropriate, directly to our Homair Vacances representative or at the campsite’s reception.

Vehicle: on all our campsites, only one car is allowed. One parking spot is provided per accommodation in the campsite (not necessarily where you’re staying). If you come with two cars, you must inform the campsite. In this case, an extra fee will need to paid on site.

Animals: animals are not permitted in this campsite

Activities: They are organised during the day and/or in the evening, mostly in peak season.
